A few days ago Yunho stated at a press conference that he had not received any sort of contact from Jae Joong. This statement has exploded in popularity online, with many netizens furiously debating its validity, and questioning the relationship between JYJ and TVXQ
A few days ago TVXQ member Yunho told reporters that Jae Joong had not contacted him, responding to a statement earlier made by JYJ's in an interview Jae Joong. Jae Joong had told reporters at the interview:
"Personally, I tried to contact Yunho and Changmin, but they did not pick up. I tried to meet them on my own through an associate, but that didn’t go as planned."
Yunho's response to this at his press conference was
"That’s not true. We’ve [TVXQ] never received contact from them [JYJ]. And even if we want to contact them, their numbers have changed. Since their numbers changed, we might not have accepted the call because of the unfamiliar number. There have been a lot of prank calls lately, so it’s difficult for us to take every call."
Finally, on January 13 Jae Joong wrote on twitter:
"I want to reply to this directly, through my own words. They weren’t many, but do you know how hard it was for me to send you those texts? I texted you again right now, please check it."
We had been waiting to see if there would be a response before reporting these events, as GoKpop does not want to stir unnecessary drama without first knowing the whole story. However it has been about two days since Jae Joong posted his twitter message, and no response has yet been reported. Many fans wonder if this controversy is all just miscommunication, or if TVXQ and JYJ are really not speaking to each other.
Lets hope that its the former!
