Q1. Can I submit the form through email & bank in the money, RM 20? (this is for the fans that stay out of Kuala Lumper & can't make it for the open day)
A1. Of course you can submit the form via email or fax, whichever ways you prefer, and regarding the fee, we're now on the process of opening banking account. when it's done, let me know you.
Q2. Can I ask my friend that going to attend the Saranghaeyo Korea Club Open Day to submit my form & money?
A2. Regarding the launching ceremony, if you're not available, it's ok. we have much more official events and activities besides launching ceremony. and you can make your friends submit the form on behalf of you. when you pay, i just kindly ask to mention/ write down, your name as same as one that on registration form.
Q3. Is true that if a fans didnt participate with the event that organiz by Korea Tourism Organization the membership will terminate?
A3. They wont. they can promote Korea in their own way e.g their school & etc.but they need to send us prove
Q4. Can I get more details about this Saranghaeyo Korea Club because some of the fans that get the news saying different details about the club or where can i find to get all the further info, I mean website?

Q5. Can I know when the date, venue & time of the saranghaeyo Korea Club open day?

Q6. If fans can't go for the Saranghaeyo Korea Club open day how can they get it the goddies?
A6. You can drop by Korea Plaza anytime you're available.
Q7. Where can I download the form? (this is because some of the fans didnt get this info & dont know where to get it)

Q8. The membership is for how long ?
A8. you don't need to renew your membership. once you register, it is valid forever.
A9.you can get a new card, if you lost yours, but you have to pay RM 20 for reissueing.

couple of question if I want email the form than about the bank in
money I need to wait till KTO have a bank account only I bank in it?
you will inform through email or I need check at KTO official website
to get the account number? Than if through email the signature in the
form can I just type my name there or need the real signature...

Hi,
we're now on the process of opening banking account and official website of Saranghaeyo Korea Club.
when they're done, we will make an annoncement about opening website via email, then you hav to register on that webpage,
from that time we'll make every single announcement and information via the website.
sorry about the delay.
we're tying to set the best system for Saranghaeyo Korea Club, plz keep supporting us.
Regarding signature, if you have scanned your own signature, it couldn't get better. but if not, just leave it vacant, or just type your name.
I hope we can get a lot of registration forms from your side.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering, you acknowledge, accept and agree to abide by any decisions, information and the terms and conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Rules”) for this campaign as determined by KOREA TOURISM ORGANIZATION (KTO) and that the Rules may be changed (including without limitation verbally) at any time by KTO and that you will be bound by such Rules. KTO’S decisions on the all matters shall be final.
Qualification & Registration
1. This campaign is open to persons aged 13 years and above, nationality shall be Malaysian. (hereinafter referred to as “qualified persons”).
2. You may enter this club representing your company/firm/fan club as an individual or as a group.
3. KTO reserves the right to disqualify you if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
Requirements
4. All members are required to demonstrate support for the purpose of this club.
Membership Data
5. KTO (or any third party nominated by KTO) may exercise its sole discretion to use the participants’ details for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.
Liability
6. KTO does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any participants howsoever arising from participating in the competition or of accepting any prize whether due to any error, omission or other cause by KTO, its employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. In the event that any participant does not, or is unable to, comply with the Rules, KTO shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify such participants, without any further liability to such participant. Each participant must comply with any directions given to him/her by KTO and to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.
8. These terms and conditions are to be construed according to the laws of Malaysia and the contestant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
